Further to its announcement of 2 May 2014, Transfield Services Limited (“Transfield Services”) has today priced an offering of US$325 million of senior unsecured notes in a private transaction not registered under the United States Securities Act of 1933. The notes will be issued by Transfield Services and will be guaranteed by substantially all of its subsidiaries. The notes will have a coupon of 8.375% and will mature on 15th May, 2020.
