	PETER WATSON MANAGING DIRECTOR AND CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER Diploma of Engineering (Civil) Peter was appointed Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Transfield Services in 2002. Peter has played an integral role in the successful development of Transfield Services since its inception in 1993 and led the organisation through its public listing in 2001. Peter has guided the international expansion of the Company into North America through the acquisitions of US Maintenance, TIMEC and VMS as well as a major contract win with Suncor Energy in Canada. He is a member of the Institution of Engineers Australia and the Australian Institute of Company Directors. He is an alumnus of The Wharton School of Executive Education. Peter is a founding sponsor of the Australian Sustainable Industry Research Centre and a fellow of the Australian Academy of Technological Sciences and Engineering.
	Lee de Vryer Chief Strategy Officer Master of Business Administration Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) (Honours) Lee has 16 years strategy and management experience and has worked across a number of industries including steel, resources, management consulting and engineering consulting. Lee is responsible for the strategic development of the Company, including mergers and acquisitions. He is the Chairman of the Group Strategic Review Committee.
	Elizabeth Hunter Chief Human Resources Officer Master of Business Administration Bachelor of Business Elizabeth has 20 years experience in human resources in a range of industries, including financial services, health and semi-government organisations. Elizabeth is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (UK).
	Matthew Irwin Chief Financial Officer Master of Commerce (Finance) Bachelor of Agricultural Economics (Honours) Matthew is responsible for Transfield Services’ financial and management reporting, treasury, taxation, funding and investor relations. He has played a pivotal role in the Company’s global growth and in the successful public listing of Transfield Services Infrastructure Fund (TSI Fund). Matthew has 16 years experience in finance, administration and banking with significant experience working at Chief Financial Officer level.
	Bruce James Chief Executive Officer, Australia Bachelor of Civil Engineering Bruce has more than 33 years industry experience. He commenced working for Transfield Construction in 1975, holding senior management roles including Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Transfield Construction, General Manager Transfield Maintenance and CEO Transfield Operations and Maintenance. Bruce was appointed CEO, Australia, in April 2006. Bruce has led the Australian operations into new business areas by leveraging the team’s diverse knowledge, expertise and skills base.
	Steve MacDonald Chief Executive Officer, Transfield Services Infrastructure Fund (TSI Fund) Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) (Honours) Steve joined the Transfield Group in 1987 and has worked in business development, project management, executive management and CEO roles. Steve was appointed CEO of TSI Fund in April 2007, taking on responsibility for its strategic direction and growth and seeing the new business through its float in June 2007. Prior to this role, Steve was instrumental in the Company’s global expansion, establishing the Transfield Services New Zealand business, as CEO of Yarra Trams and as Chief Strategy Officer, positioning Transfield Services as a leader in asset management services.
	Paul McCarthy Chief Operating Officer, Resources, Industrial and Major Projects and Chief Executive Officer, Asia, India and the Gulf Region (Acting) Bachelor of Engineering, Mechanical Paul is responsible for these two groups’ strategic direction, growth and performance, business development, client relationships, subcontractor strategies, employee and industrial relations issues and financial budgets. Paul has 28 years experience in the oil and gas, mining and process, petrochemical, facilities management and transport sectors and has a strong background in engineering and capital delivery.
	Kate Munnings General Counsel and Company Secretary Bachelor of Laws Bachelor of Health Science Kate is General Counsel and Company Secretary, as well as Company Secretary and alternate Director on most subsidiary boards. Kate has 15 years experience working with companies in the engineering, construction and services sectors. Kate leads the team responsible for Transfield Services’ global corporate governance, compliance and legal requirements.
	Joseph Sadatmehr Chief Executive Officer and President, North America Master of Business Administration Bachelor of Science (Petroleum Engineering) Joseph is responsible for the growth and management of the Company’s North American business. Joseph’s leadership and 40 years experience have promoted the Company’s significant growth internationally, including the acquisitions of TIMEC, US Maintenance and VMS Inc. in North America as well as winning new work with Suncor Energy in Canada and the Florida Department of Transport.
	Graeme Sumner Chief Executive Officer, New Zealand Master of Business Administration Bachelor of Commerce Graeme has overseen the significant expansion of the New Zealand business and played a lead role in Transfield Services’ expansion into Chile. He has 12 years senior management experience across the electrical, telecommunications, industrial and building sectors.
	Angelo De Angelis Group General Manager Global Services Graduate Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety Angelo is responsible for the strategic direction and performance management of many of our internal services. This includes implementation and transition, health, safety and environment, business community investment, global insurance, business improvement and assurance, knowledge management and global services projects. Since joining Transfield Services in 1995, Angelo has worked in various management roles across the organisation, focusing on nurturing leadership attributes and the sustainability of our business.
	William Fazl Group General Manager, Business Information Services Master of Business Administration Graduate Diploma in Technology Management William has global responsibility for managing the information and technology systems that support our business and our stakeholders. With 28 years experience working for major multinational corporations, William is focused on promoting innovative information technology solutions that grow the business.
	Elizabeth Jurman Group General Manager, Corporate Affairs Bachelor of Arts Bachelor of Laws Graduate Diploma, Communications Liz has more than 20 years experience in corporate and public affairs, government, media relations, journalism and the law, and is the author of a school text on equal opportunity law. Liz has been responsible for managing Transfield Services’ external and internal communications, media and stakeholder relations since November 2006.
	Peter Parkinson Group General Manager, Labour Relations Strategy and Development Peter has 32 years experience in senior labour relations and human resource positions. Peter has responsibility for overseeing, developing and implementing labour relations and industrial relations strategy and policy for the Company globally. Since joining the Company in 1999, Peter has held a number of senior executive Human Resources and Industrial Relations roles. Peter also holds the position of Executive Vice President Labour Relations, North America, where he has a specific focus on the Company’s growth strategy and development in that region.
