DR. PETER GOODEManaging Director and Chief Executive Officer Peter was appointed Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer in April 2009. He is a member of Transfield Services’ Health, Safety, Environment and Quality Committee. Peter has a strong track record of successful leadership in outsourced services with more than 30 years at international companies including Vetco International, Schlumberger, Santos, and Sohio Petroleum. Peter is a Director of The Transfield Foundation and Expro Group Limited, and was a Non-Executive Director of Transfield Services Infrastructure Fund from April 2009 until July 2011 and a Director of Oslo Stock Exchange listed company Ocean Rig between July 2006 and March 2008. He is an alumni of Columbia Business School, where he completed an Executive Management Program and is also a Member of the Business Council of Australia and the Society of Petroleum Engineers. |

Kate MunningsChief Risk and Legal Officer/Company Secretary Kate leads the teams responsible for Transfield Services’ global functions of legal, corporate affairs, global procurement, risk management, internal audit and compliance/company secretariat. Kate has more than 18 years’ experience working with and advising companies in the engineering, construction and services sectors in relation to their corporate, contractual and other commercial requirements. Kate’s team is focused on establishing and maintaining strategies designed to enhance business outcomes and protect shareholder value. |

Larry AmesChief Executive, Americas Larry is responsible for the management and growth of the Company’s Americas business. He has more than 30 years' of global experience in senior roles across the engineering and construction, facilities management, industrial, maintenance, and logistics industries. He was most recently president of Day & Zimmermann's Government Services business in the U.S, and his experience covers both the private and the public sectors. |

Philip WrattRegional Director, Western Australia Philip has dual roles as Regional Director of Western Australia and Chief Executive of Middle East and Asia based in Perth, W.A. He is responsible for executive representation, relationship management and leadership support working closely with the Transfield Services teams in Western Australia. He is also responsible for the strategic direction and management of Transfield Services in Qatar, United Arab Emirates, India and South East Asia. He has more than 32 years' experience across the oil and gas and building construction industries in Australia, New Zealand, Asia, Africa and the Middle East and brings local and international sector experience to these roles. His previous responsibilities included managing strategic direction and assessing new market opportunities, maintaining a strong external focus on customer needs and resolving issues and delivering to budget, profit, health, safety, quality and environmental targets. |

Gareth MannChief Executive, Resources and Energy Gareth has 30 years broad international experience in engineering and senior executive leadership, having worked for both private and publicly listed engineering and energy sector companies in the United States, United Kingdom, France and Australia. Gareth joined Transfield Services in August 2010 as Global Account Director Oil and Gas and was most recently Executive General Manager Marketing and Business Development for Resources and Energy. Previously, Gareth was CEO and Managing Director of WDS, an Australian provider of specialist design, engineering construction and maintenance services to the energy, mining and infrastructure sectors. |

Steve MacDonaldChief Executive, Marketing and Investments Steve is the Chief Executive, Marketing and Investments for Transfield Services. In this role, Steve is responsible for developing and leading the implementation of Transfield Services’ corporate strategy including the management of its investments, business development, mergers and acquisition activities. Steve is a Transfield Services nominee Director on the RATCH Australia Limited (formerly Transfield Services Infrastructure Fund) Board. RATCH Australia is an investor in power assets including renewable energy where it owns three wind farms and is participating in the Federal Government Solar Flagship initiative. Prior to this, Steve spent three and a half years' as Chief Executive Officer of TSI Fund. Prior to joining TSI Fund, Steve was Chief Strategy Officer for Transfield Services, where he successfully expanded its skill base and geographic presence through acquisitions and new work. Steve has more than 24 years' experience at Transfield Services in business development, project management and executive roles. Steve’s former roles include Chief Executive Officer of Transfield Construction and Yarra Trams. Steve is also a Director of the Australian Centre for Renewable Energy (ACRE). |

Elizabeth HunterChief Executive Human Resources Elizabeth is responsible for Transfield Services human resources governance, strategy and policy. Elizabeth has 23 years' of experience in human resources in Australia and internationally across a range of industries including: financial services, health and semi-government organisations. She has held several senior executive leadership roles in publically-listed Australian companies with global operations. Elizabeth is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (UK) and a Fellow of the Australian Human Resource Institute and a Director of the Transfield Foundation. |

Eion TurnbullChief Executive, Operations Support Eion has more than 35 years' experience in the oil and gas, mining and process industries, of which more than 15 years have been in senior management positions. Most recently, Eion was Deputy Chief Executive at Bapco, the national oil company of the Kingdom of Bahrain, where he led a 50 per cent reduction in the occurrence of significant safety incidents and was accountable for the overall performance of the refining and marketing business. Eion has had experience in refinery management in India and also with Caltex Australia at Lytton and Kurnell, with prior roles at ICI. |
