Broadspectrum is a specialised, multi-discipline electrical, commissioning, mechanical and instrumentation service company for the construction, oil and gas, mining, and energy markets. A wholly owned subsidiary of Transfield Services, Broadspectrum works throughout Australia and overseas.
Broadspectrum has Industrial Services Centres throughout Australia to deliver electrical and instrumentation, mechanical services, fabrication, commissioning, scaffolding, and protective coatings as well as minor shutdowns.
ICD – Projects and Engineering
ICD delivers engineering and design of maintenance and brownfield projects to the hydrocarbons, processing and related industries.
It has offices in Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne and works on Shell’s industrial sites in Clyde in New South Wales, Geelong and at a terminal site in Fremantle.
Operating since 1970, ICD has long-standing engineering services relationships with major petrochemical customers in Australia.

The US Maintenance business model is centred around its unique proprietary network which manages more than 9,000 subcontractor entities, developed over the past 18 years. The subcontractor entities provide scheduled electrical, lighting and sign services, repair and disaster restoration services, as well as facility interior and exterior services across North America.
TIMEC Company Inc. - Hydrocarbons
TIMEC provides maintenance services to the oil and gas, petrochemical and winery industries including turnarounds and specialty services such as specialty welding, catalyst handling, training and safety support services
TIMEC services 39 of the 150 refineries in the U.S. and its strong and longstanding customer base includes some of the largest oil and gas companies in the world – including ConocoPhillips, Chevron, ExxonMobil and Shell.
