The features of the program include:

• a mentor - an experienced Transfield Services colleague who will help you learn the ropes, assist with planning your career, and help resolve any issues that arise along the way.
• a buddy - a fellow graduate on the program who will act as a friendly contact when you have questions or need help.
• induction week – to learn about the way Transfield Services operates, to meet and network with other graduates and senior leaders, and to begin developing attributes required to be successful in the workplace.
• development Modules - behavioural-based development delivered through a variety of means including face-to-face learning and experiential activities.
