Q: How do you find current job vacancies?

Transfield Services’ web address is www.transfieldservices.com

  1. Click the "Employment" link
  2. Then select "Current Job Vacancies"
  3. Current job vacancies are broken down into different categories for example, trades and services and professional opportunities.
  4. Select  for the most suitable link to display a list of all current job vacancies in that category

Q: How do you apply for a current job vacancy?

If you want to display the full job description, click on the job title (for example, “Cleaner” as shown here) otherwise click on .

When you have successfully logged in, detail of the job application will be displayed as a “breadcrumb trail” as shown below.

Each page of the “breadcrumb trail” must be completed and when completed you must “Submit” your application. Please note that fields marked with * are mandatory and must be completed before you can continue.

Q: Why do you have to log in?

Transfield Services takes your privacy very seriously and to ensure your data is protected it is necessary to have a user account before you can apply for a job.

Q: What does the legal statement agreement mean?

The legal statement agreement describes prerequisites that you must agree to before you can work for Transfield Services. In order to continue with a job application you must click “I Agree” and “Continue.”


If you select “Cancel” you cannot continue with the application.

Q: When logging in what does the error message “User name does not correspond to a registered user” mean?

This means that our recruiting system cannot find the user name you are using. If this is the first time you have tried to apply for a job click to create a new user account before applying for the job. You will be able to apply for the job at the same time.

Q: What happens if you have forgotten your user name?

If you have forgotten your user name, click the link.

When prompted enter your email address and click as shown below.


Your user name will now be displayed on the screen.

Q: What happens if you have forgotten your password?

If you have forgotten you password, click the  link.

  • Enter your user name and email address and click .
  • Enter the answer to your security question and click .
    Note: The answer is case sensitive and must match your original answer. Remember to check; is you “Caps Lock” on?

An email containing a new access code and password link will be sent to your email address. Follow the instructions to enter your choice of password.

Your password:

  • must be between 6 – 12 characters
  • must be at least one alphabetic character
  • must be at least one numeric character, and 
  • can be upper or lower case characters
