Quality Management System
An Operational Systems Plan (OSP) provides discipline across the company to monitor all issues relating to health, safety, environment, quality and risk. All information is captured by the OSP under a single auditable and functional management system. It ensures there are common procedures, processes and personnel in place to effectively manage and control Quality and HSE risks within the workplace.
Certified against ISO 9001, AS/NZS 4801, OHSAS 18001 & ISO 14001, the OSP is based on the following processes:
- Identifying, assessing and controlling HSE risks and issues;
- Setting objectives and targets to address the identified risks and issues;
- Ongoing training to maintain and reinforce awareness of the identified risks and issues;
- Regular audit and review of the system;
- Investigation and root cause analysis of incidents and non-conformances to identify appropriate corrective and preventive actions for incorporation into the system;
- Formal annual review and re-evaluation of the entire process; and
- An online incident and risk management system with escalation and trend reports.
Transfield Services ensures a systematic application of our health, safety, quality, environment and risk programs.
