TWS Best Practices Network

One of Transfield Services’ differentiators is an ability to offer our clients, who are alliance or integrated services partners, access to the Transfield Worley Services (TWS) Best Practice Network.

Transfield Services and WorleyParsons have worked together for more than 25 years. Increasingly, the two companies have been able to use their respective strengths and innovative approach to provide cost effective and innovative services to a wide range of clients.

The TWS Best Practice Network captures, shares and develops best practices across the participating companies’ sites, both within the industries in which they operate and across similar industries, driving a culture of continuous improvement.

VISION

Participants in the TWS Best Practice Network are recognised as international industry leaders through sharing innovation and applying best practices.

FORUMS

The participating companies in the Best Practice Network share and access best practice information through the following forums.

  • HSE Focus Groups – The TWS Best Practice Focus Group provides a unique opportunity for HSE specialists from member organisations of the Best Practice Network to share information, skills and knowledge. The objective is to challenge individuals using internal experts and external guest speakers. We aim to share experiences and knowledge with a focus on current issues to identify best practice solutions.
  • Annual Best Practice Forum – Each year TWS hosts their best practice forum which brings together members from across the globe to share, discuss and learn from each other, leading practices within the industry.
  • International Hub Meetings – The objective of these events are to increase the international exposure of the Best Practice Network, identify leading practices from global regions, promote industry-leading practices, ideas and experiences, and feed best practice gems into the annual best practice forum.
  • Newsletters are produced on a regular basis to inform participants of recent activities and progress in best practice initiatives.
  • The new TWS Best Practice website has been launched for members across the globe. It contains information on TWS initiatives and events, and also has a restricted members section which includes a global address book, industry and event publications, and an online discussion board.
