Graduate Development Program

Transfield Services is committed to every Graduate’s professional development and offers a comprehensive three-year Graduate Development Program, aimed at developing the skills, knowledge and attributes you will need for a successful career with Transfield Services.

The features of the program include:

  • A Mentor - an experienced Transfield Services colleague who will help you learn the ropes, assist with planning your career, and help resolve any issues that arise along the way.
  • A Buddy - a fellow Graduate on the Program who will act as a friendly contact when you have questions or need help.
  • Induction Week – to learn about the way Transfield Services operates, to meet and network with other Graduates and senior leaders, and to begin developing attributes required to be successful in the workplace.
  • Development Modules - behavioural-based development delivered through a variety of means including face-to-face learning and experiential activities.
  • On-the-job technical training and development to ensure you have the skills you need to perform your job.
  • Networking - the chance to meet and network with other Graduates as well as senior leaders of the organisation.
  • Opportunity for job rotation to increase the breadth and depth of your experience.
