AUSTRALIA
Transfield Services Infrastructure Fund (TSI Fund)
Transfield Services provides asset management, operations and maintenance services to Townsville and Collinsville Power Stations in Queensland and Kemerton Power Station in Western Australia for Transfield Services Infrastructure Fund. In 2008, Transfield Services delivered capacity upgrade projects to TSI Fund’s Kemerton and Townsville Power Stations. Both projects increased the power stations’ capacities with innovative and environmentally-friendly solutions while delivering more power to their respective regions.
Verve Energy, Western Australia
Transfield Worley Power Services (TWPS) – a joint venture between WorleyParsons and Transfield Services – provides operations and maintenance services to Verve Energy’s 340 megawatt Collie A Power Station in Western Australia. TWPS is implementing efficiencies, asset management strategies and a culture of continuous improvement to ensure a reliable and cost-effective power supply.
Delta Maintenance, New South Wales
TWPS works with Delta Maintenance at Vales Point and Munmorah Power Stations on the Central Coast and Mount Piper Power Station near Lithgow delivering outage management services.
TGE Energy Services, WA and NSW
TGE Energy Services is a joint venture between Transfield Services and GE Power Systems, specialising in the maintenance of hydro, gas and steam turbines and high-voltage generator, transformers and motors across the mining, rail and power industries. The Perth workshop in Australia is capable of manufacturing high-voltage coil and generator bars and is the only GE-licensed gas turbine repair facility in Australia and New Zealand.
