AUSTRALIA
Santos, South Australia and Queensland
Transfield Services provides consolidated contract maintenance services to Santos in the Cooper Basin oil and gas fields in South Australia and Queensland. We manage maintenance service subcontractors and integrate Transfield Services’ systems with Santos’ maintenance planning and work management processes. We aim for continuous improvement on our maintenance performance and to deliver ongoing efficiencies to our client.
ExxonMobil, Victoria
The Transfield Services ExxonMobil relationship commenced in 1990 and evolved to a point where, in 1996, a formal alliance arrangement was established. The alliance covers structural, mechanical, civil, instrumentation and electrical maintenance and project works for the Altona Refinery. The success of the alliance is demonstrated through its outstanding safety record, excellent industrial relations and improved plant reliability.
Shell, New South Wales
Transfield Services provides integrated services encompassing design, engineering, procurement, construction services for capital projects, maintenance planning and execution services for all routine and major turnaround work to the Shell Refinery at Clyde.
Caltex, New South Wales and Queensland
We provide integrated services for sustaining small capital work projects, maintenance and routine and major turnaround work to Caltex refineries in Kurnell, New South Wales and Lytton, Queensland.
Qenos Pty Ltd and Orica, New South Wales
We provide maintenance, shutdown and project delivery services at both Qenos and Orica facilities at the Botany Industrial Park.
Origin Energy, Victoria
Transfield Services provides maintenance services to Origin Energy at the Bass Gass and Yolla Platform facilities.
Woodside Energy Ltd, Victoria and Western Australia
Through our joint venture company, Transfield Worley Services, we provide a range of engineering, project management, procurement, construction, maintenance and shutdown services to Woodside Energy Ltd’s Australian owned and operated assets. The assets include North Rankin A and Goodwyn A platforms, Karratha LNG plant, King Bay Supply Base and the Angel platform (currently being developed) in Western Australia.
NEW ZEALAND
New Zealand Refining Company
In New Zealand, Transfield Services provides integrated services encompassing design, engineering, procurement and construction services for capital projects, maintenance planning and execution services for all routine and turnaround work for New Zealand Refining Company.
Shell Todd Oil Services
We provide engineering, project management, construction and maintenance services to the offshore and onshore facilities within the Maui gas field for Shell Todd Oil Services in New Zealand. These services are through Transfield Worley Services. Transfield Worley Services is New Zealand’s leading supplier of engineering, project management, construction and maintenance services to the hydrocarbons industry.
MIDDLE EAST
RasGas, Qatar
Extending our expertise to the Middle East, Transfield Services provides consolidated maintenance services to the liquefied natural gas (LNG) facilities of RasGas Company Limited in Qatar, together with joint venture partners WorleyParsons and TRAGS, a local Qatari company. Through the joint venture, we have reduced ongoing maintenance costs while maintaining plant availability, reliability and the highest standards of performance in health, safety and the environment.
Intergulf, Abu Dhabi
Acquired in 2006, Intergulf is an engineering services company based in Abu Dhabi. With more than 400 employees, it provides maintenance and capital works services to the oil, gas and power industries. This acquisition complements our work in Qatar with RasGas.
Abu Dhabi Onshore Company for Oil Exploration (ADCO)
Transfield-Emdad Services LLC, a joint venture with Emdad LLC in UAE, won a long-term contract in late 2006 with Emdad to operate and maintain an oil-based mud treatment plant near Habshan in Abu Dhabi.
Gasco, United Arab Emirates
In early 2007, Transfield-Emdad Services LLC successfully completed its first major shutdown at the GASCO refinery at Ruwais in UAE. The multi-million dollar shutdown was completed ahead of time and involved the mobilisation of more than 880 people during a two month period.
INDIA
Hofincons
Based in Chennai, Transfield Services’ wholly-owned subsidiary Hofincons provides operations and maintenance services to blue-chip clients in India, Asia and the Middle East. Hofincons also provides shutdown support, relocation, refurbishment, installation, commissioning support, asset management consultancy and facilities management to the power, engineering, mining and process, hospitality, oil and gas and petrochemical industries.
ASIA
Offshore Oil Engineering Company Ltd, China
We have a contract with a Chinese Government entity through our subsidiary Broadspectrum. Services include instrumentation, electrical, mechanical and communications commissioning support services for the construction and installation of oil platforms in the Peng Lai field, Bohai Bay, in north east China.
NORTH AMERICA
Suncor Energy
Through joint venture company Flint Transfield Services, we have provided maintenance and asset management services to three of Suncor Energy’s oil sands facilities since 2007. Work includes turnaround and shutdown management and execution, site wide maintenance support, asset management, engineering and sustaining capital works services.
TIMEC
Through TIMEC, Transfield Services provides maintenance, turnaround and construction services to the oil and gas, petrochemical, water, wastewater and food industries in the United States. TIMEC works at more than 30 United States refineries. Its longstanding client base includes some of the largest oil companies in the world, such as ConocoPhillips, Chevron, ExxonMobil and Shell. TIMEC also provides specialty services such as specialty welding, catalyst handling, training and safety support courses.
