Q: How do I update my details or request information on my shareholding?
If your shares are ‘broker sponsored’ any change in details or requests for information (certificates, etc) should be directed to your broker.
If your shares are ‘issuer sponsored’ you should contact our share registrar directly.
Shareholders can update their details such as bank accounts, tax file number and contact details via the Shareholder Services page – or you can go directly to the Computershare page.
Q: Is my shareholding 'issuer' sponsored or 'broker' sponsored?
If you have purchased the shares through your stockbroker, then your shares are broker sponsored. You will have been issued a Holder Identification Number (HIN) and holding statements will be issued to you by the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX). Any updates should be directed to your broker.
Shareholders who do not have a broker agreement are 'issuer' sponsored and your shares are managed by the share registrar. You will have been given a unique Security-holder Reference Number (SRN) starting with an ‘I’ that you should reference when contacting Computershare.

If you have general questions on Company dividends, you should contact Computershare.

- How can I receive my dividend payment?
- Can I have dividends/distributions credited to someone else's bank account?
