Transfield Worley Services signs Heads of Agreement with Woodside Energy

Transfield Worley Services (TWS) – a 50/50 joint venture between Transfield Services (ASX.TSE) and WorleyParsons (ASX.WOR) – advises that a Heads of Agreement has been signed with Woodside Energy for the proposed delivery of brownfield project and maintenance services.
The Heads of Agreement covers the continued delivery of brownfield project services to Woodside’s Western Australian offshore and onshore gas facilities for a further four years. The scope of the work includes North Rankin A, Goodwyn A, Karratha Gas Plant and Angel platforms. The Heads of Agreement also covers the delivery of maintenance and shutdown services to Woodside’s Karratha gas plant and offshore facilities for a further two years.
TWS has provided services to Woodside Energy since 1995.
Further details will be announced when the contracts are finalised.
