Feedback is received from customers in the form of complaints and compliments. Both types of feedback give us the opportunity for improvement, and help us understand our customer’s expectations.
Transfield Services has developed a Customer Feedback Database that allows us to capture both complaints and compliments. The monitoring of this feedback assists us in improving our relationship and service delivery.
We place great emphasis on the importance of keeping customers informed. We realise it is not always possible to talk to customers, for example, the customer may not be available. In these circumstances an alternative means of communication is available by the way of Customer Communication Cards.Some of the available cards include:
