Transfield Services Quality Management System helps us to “… get it right the first time”. It is an integrated tool that contains all Transfield Services’ business processes commonly known as the ‘Operational Systems Plan’ (OSP).
The Operational Systems Plan (our quality management system) helps us to:
- Improve efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure that all services provided meet the requirements of our customers, both internal and external.
- Ensure we comply with all relevant legislation and our company policies and procedures.
- Be trained in standard procedures.
The Operational Systems Plan is maintained on Transnet within the INFORM database.
Quality is the responsibility of every Transfield Services employee, subcontractor and supplier.
