MALAYSIA
Transfield Services is a leading provider of maintenance execution, shutdown and project management services to the oil and gas industry. We provide a full range of maintenance services to upstream and downstream production and refining facilities, including LNG plants.
In the water and power generation industries, we are owners, operators and maintainers of our own plants. We provide similar services to other asset owners where we operate and maintain their facilities to optimise performance and returns.
Transfield Services has experience in managing the design, engineering, procurement and construction services for capital projects. Our processes and systems have been proven in turnarounds, shutdowns and brownfield construction.
QATAR
The Company’s joint venture with WorleyParsons and local Qatari company TRAGS is now in the second year of operation with the consolidated maintenance contract for RasGas Company Limited in Qatar. The partnership continues to deliver best practice in safety, reliability and cost of operations and maintenance.
UNITED ARAB EMIRATES
Transfield Services’ recent acquisition of Intergulf General Contracting LLC, through joint venture company Tespec, has provided a new platform for growth in the Gulf Region. With more than 400 employees, Intergulf provides maintenance and capital works services to the oil, gas and power industries in the United Arab Emirates and enhances the Company’s skills and resource base in the Gulf Region. Tespec is a joint venture between Transfield Services and Emdad LLC, based in Abu Dhabi in the United Arab Emirates.
