Our Community Engagement Strategy ensures we act in accordance with our company vision and values. The Community Engagement Strategy ascertains we lead the way, we do what’s right, we care for each other and we take responsibility:
- We lead the way by identifying and assessing the most effective community engagement program through a research based approach and stakeholder engagement.
- We do what’s right through supporting local employment, business and procurement.
- We care for each other by aligning our business objectives with community concerns, continuously engaging and building strong relationships with our stakeholders and celebrating our achievements together.
- We take responsibility by keeping our community safe, examining our practices for improvement and working with realistic expectations.
