Our Safety Policy

Transfield Services aims to provide a healthy and safe working environment for our employees. Achieving our objective of no injuries to anyone, anytime requires a consistent approach.

Our Health Safety and Environment (HSE) policy clearly states our core beliefs and provides the foundation for our management teams to deliver a safety first culture.

We work to continuously improve our safety performance across our business globally, in all our industry operations.

Ultimately, we believe that:

  • all incidents can be prevented
  • no task is so important that risk of injury to people or damage to the environment is justified, and
  • effective HSE management is a critical foundation for sustainable management.

Our Commitment

Our commitment to safety from comes from the top. Our Managing Director, Peter Goode and Executive team consistently emphasise that people, safety and systems are our priority.

Our business leaders regularly undertake site visits to reinforce their commitment to safe and reliable operations. Our Executive team is committed to leading safety through Health Safety and Sustainability Committee Board meetings, webcasts, and communications to senior leaders and employees.
